Daxira: here's where The Author puts anyone we should keep our eye on, people who might be of interest in a growing role, but haven't quite gotten important enough yet, for now there's nobody, but i keep an eye out.

maybe they'll come in to lead the story, or perhaps they'll be a secondary character, not a leader, but nonetheless part of the soul of Riftaria's stories
